Veggie Breakfast Pocket Pies (6-Vegetarian)
The best and most convenient breakfast you'll have now available in your freezer! Think omelette but inside a flaky, buttery, and tender crust while the eggs are still slightly moist. Not dry at all!
Ingredients:
AP Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Egg, Spinach, Onion, Garlic, Bell Pepper, Potato, Ricotta, Spices
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
