Refunds
Since our food products are perishable items, they cannot be returned for a refund. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If at any point you are unsatisfied with the product or service, please kindly send an e-mail to hello@mapies.ca with specific details of your displeasure. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and come to a resolution that works for you. In case of a partial or full refund, please note that earned store credits will be adjusted accordingly.
Late or missing refunds
Do note that processing a refund can take up to 2 weeks. If your refund has not shown on your bank account, please first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@mapies.ca.
