Pizza Pocket Pies (6)

They're pizza pockets... but better! Relive your childhood with every bite of these cheesy pocket pies. Using our housemade mild tomato sauce, we dice the capocollo from the Italian Centre Shop and add extra mozzarella for that cheese pull that you and your family can enjoy!

Ingredients:

AP Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Tomato, Cream, Capocollo, Mozzarella, Herbs, Spices, Corn Starch

Baking Instructions:

1. Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
2. Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
3. While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
4. Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!

Tip(s):

To enjoy that stringy cheese experience, eat the pocket pie warm and freshly baked out of the oven.
