
Moroccan Chickpea Pocket Pies (6-Vegetarian)

A homage to the African cuisine, this non-spicy vegetarian pie is moist and extremely flavourful with lots spices. The tomato base sauce is reduced with spices like cumin, coriander, paprika, and turmeric to go with the chickpeas and vegetables. If you're looking for a unique pie, this is for you!
Ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chickpea, Tomato, Onion, Carrot, Garlic, Peas, Carrot, Vegetable Stock, Spices
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
